NOSTALGIC TRAM TO ORDU COAST
Ordu Metropolitan Municipality started a nostalgic tram project for touristic purposes between Rıhtım and Teleferik substation in Altınordu district.
The tram, which is Turkish made and produced with an environmentalist approach, took its place on the coast of Ordu for the use of citizens who want to have a nostalgic experience.
FIRST TEST DRIVE HAS BEEN MADE
The first test drives of the nostalgic tram, which will add color to the coast of Ordu and attract the attention of domestic and foreign tourists, were carried out.A test drive was made between the Cable Car Substation and Atatürk Pier.
TELEPHONE SUBSTATION WILL SERVICE BETWEEN THE FOLLOWING
The tram, which has a double-sided steering system and works with electricity, will be able to host 21 citizens at once.The tram, which will serve between the Cable Car Sub Station and Atatürk Pier, has two more stops, excluding the departure and arrival stops.
BOARDINGS WILL BE WITH ARMY CARD OR TICKET
Citizens of Ordu who want to take advantage of the nostalgic tram, which will make a great contribution to the tourism of the city, will be able to board with Ordum Card. Those who do not have a card will be able to use this service by purchasing a ticket.
THE FIRST WEEK WILL PROVIDE FREE SERVICE TO CITIZENS
With the opening to be held on Sunday, September 26, the nostalgic tram will provide free service to the citizens in the first week, special for the opening.
PRICES HAVE BEEN DETERMINED
The boarding fees for the tram, which is thought to serve all day, have been determined. Accordingly, while the adult was 2.50 TL, the student was determined as 2 TL.

Ordu Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. Mehmet Hilmi Güler said that they are happy to bring the electric nostalgic tram to Ordu, which will contribute to city tourism with the goal of 'Army for 12 months, not 3 months'.
